Mentoring Program Mission

CREW NM’s Mentoring Committee oversees and implements the mentoring program, Empowering Future Leaders.

The ideal Protégé candidate is a high-performing woman working in, or planning to enter, the commercial real estate industry who wants to grow in her career and perform at the next level.

The Mentoring Committee recruits experienced Mentors who are members of CREW New Mexico that can share their experience in the commercial real estate industry and provide guidance.

The Mentors and Protégés are paired through an extensive selection process which includes reviewing applications, interviewing candidates, and a Mentor/Protégé pairing event. The program utilizes CREW Network’s Mentoring Modules which are designed as a guide to help Mentors lead Protégés through a process of self-discovery, growth, and goal setting.

Mentors and Protégés will be interviewed in February, and the pairing event will be held in March. Each Mentor/Protégé pair works together throughout the program year to complete the modules culminating in a graduation ceremony in the Fall.
