As we step into 2025, I am honored to serve as your CREW New Mexico President. This year, our theme, "Empowered," centers around the belief that when we empower ourselves and one another, we unlock our full potential—both professionally and personally. Empowerment Through Leadership
One of my top goals this year is to empower women in leadership. Leadership is not just a title; it’s a mindset and a commitment to inspire, guide, and uplift those around us. Whether you’re leading a project, a team, or your own career journey, remember that if you’re in CREW, you’re a leader. Like the quote that inspires me, "If you have a body, you are an athlete," I believe that leadership exists within each of us. My challenge to you is to harness your inner leader and help create opportunities for you and others to succeed.
