Hard Hats On—The Future Is Under Construction!

Get ready to step into the future of Harrison Middle School! Join us for an exciting insider tour of the $24.8M Phase 1 project—54,480 square feet of innovation, imagination, and inspiration in the making. You’ll walk through future-ready spaces including two gyms, a commercial kitchen, performance platform, art and kiln rooms, and areas for drama, band, and chorus—all designed to spark creativity and community.

Feel the buzz of a real construction site as steel beams rise, walls take shape, and polished concrete floors begin to shine beneath a corridor lined with translucent skylights. This LEED Silver-certified project isn’t just impressive—it’s built smart, with cutting-edge features like Rammed Aggregate Piers for the high-water-table.

Designed by G. Donald Dudley Architect and brought to life by Thompson Construction, Inc. and 42 expert subcontractors, this is your exclusive sneak peek at something big—and bold—for the South Valley.

Safety first! Close-toed shoes, hard hats, and high-visibility vests are required. We’ll have extras on hand, but bring your own if you can! Hard Hats can be purchased from the CREW New Mexico Store link below.
